The Candidate They Don’t Want You to Know About

Perspective

the-candidate-295pAs the pundits pontificate, the politicians bluster and blather, and the American public eagerly awaits the opening of Presidential debate season, there are only two things missing from American Presidential politics: 1) A news media willing to ask the real questions that address America’s moral condition, the candidate’s guiding principles, and the rule of law under the U.S. Constitution; and, 2) Candidates who comprehend America’s moral condition, possess guiding principles, and understand the rule of law under the U.S. Constitution.

There actually is a Presidential candidate in the race who does comprehend America’s moral condition, has guiding principles, and understands the rule of law under the U.S. Constitution. However, it appears the dominant media does not want the American public to find out about him. While Trump gets by far the most media coverage, Hillary less, and third party candidates receive minimal attention, only Darrell Castle of the Constitution Party…

Set Education Free

Perspective

2016-8-17 Set Education Free

A friend recently shared a photo with me in an email that caught my attention and prompted me to ponder, once again, the matter of education. In the picture, a child is asking her mother:

Why do I have to go to school?”

To which the mother replies:

So you can be molded into a state approved homogeneous drone that cannot think outside of the prescribed consensus. You will learn to repeat information instead of how to think for yourself so that you don’t become a threat to the status quo. When you graduate you will get a job and pay your taxes in order to perpetuate the corporate system of indentured servitude.”

Now, I’m not promoting the idea of there being some grand conspiracy here, nor am I indicating disdain for education in general. However, as someone who is inclined to question the accepted norms, I do…

Not Enough Babies Being Murdered for Supreme Court’s Liking

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

JUNE 29, 2016

CONTACT:  CONSTITUTION PARTY, 608-561-7996

by Mark Gabriel

Not Enough Babies Being Murdered for Supreme Court’s Liking

The Constitution Party of Wisconsin (CPoW) knows the first duty of government is to protect innocent life.  The Supreme Court of the United States has abandoned that responsibility in favor of those who murder children before birth.  Roe v Wade was the court’s opinion that decriminalized child murder before birth, and now Whole Woman’s Health v Hellerstedt  is their opinion to prevent states from requiring abortion chambers to function under the same requirements as other invasive surgery centers.  There were not enough babies being killed for their liking.  The right to life of an innocent child trumps any so called “right” of a woman to kill her child.  The US Supreme Court has once again ruled in rebellion to our Creator God and Heavenly Father.

It’s time State government leaders stop bowing down to the unjust and evil decrees of the Supreme Court.  It is time they nullify unconstitutional court opinions.  It is time we get back to the system of checks and balances the founders gave us.  Lesser magistrates need to ignore unconstitutional and ungodly court opinions.  The US Supreme Court is not the sole arbiter of what is constitutional.  Courts do not make law.  Texas needs to ignore Roe v Wade and protect all children, not just make it more difficult to kill children.

Mark Gabriel is an Executive Member of the Constitution Party of Wisconsin and a former County Supervisor of Calumet County in Wisconsin.

Madison, WIDarrell Castle, the nominee of the Constitution Party for President of the United States will be the keynote speaker at their Wisconsin State Convention on Saturday, July 16th at Comfort Inn & Suites Madison Airport.  The theme of their convention this year is “Constitution Party:  The ONLY conservative party.”

“We are excited to have the only conservative presidential candidate visiting the great State of Wisconsin,” said Jerry Broitzman, Vice Chairman of the Constitution Party of Wisconsin (CPoW).  “Mr. Castle is the only candidate who adheres to the Seven Principles of Conservatism.”

“The Constitution Party is the only conservative party in America today,” said Andrew Zuelke, CPoW State Chairman.  “There is a wide variety of liberals that will be on the ballot in November.   Darrell Castle is the only exception.”

The Seven Principles of conservatism are:

Life: For all innocent human beings, from conception to natural death;
Liberty: Freedom of conscience and actions for the self-governed individual;
Family: One husband and one wife with their children as divinely instituted;
Property: Each individual’s right to own and use personal property without government burden;
Constitution: and Bill of Rights interpreted according to the actual intent of the Founding Fathers;
States Sovereignty: Everything not specifically delegated by the Constitution to the federal government is reserved for the state and local jurisdictions;  nothing in this statement is an affirmation of anti-semitism, anti-Zionism, or any race-based criteria.  CPoW is a Bible-based political party and we condemn and reject racism and anti-semitism.
American Sovereignty: American government committed to the protection of the borders, trade, and common defense of Americans, and not entangled in foreign alliances.

The Three Unequal Branches of Government

Perspective

The Three Unequal Branches 295pI expect we’ve all heard the phrase, “three coequal branches” used to describe the composition of our federal system of government. In fact, we’ve probably heard it so many times that we don’t even pay attention, we just accept it as fact and move on. But, is it true? Are the three branches of our federal government really “coequal?

When that phrase popped up in an article that I was reading a few nights ago, something rose up inside of me and said “no, the three branches are not coequal.” When I found the phrase being used in another article the next day, I started to ponder just how unequal the branches of our federal government really are.

The three branches of our federal system of government are legislative (Congress), executive (President) and judicial (Supreme Court). This is the order in which they appear in the U.S. Constitution

Endorsements and the Effect of Compromise

Here is an article by Bob Peck.

Perspective

Thumbs-Up.jpgWhen we give our endorsement to someone or something, we intrinsically connect ourselves to the object of that endorsement and to the values which it embodies, thus lifting – or lowering – ourselves to the level of the entity we have endorsed.

When we give our endorsement to something moral and virtuous, we elevate ourselves. Our names and our reputations partake of the honor inherent in the object of virtue with which we become associated, and which we acknowledge as representing the righteous standard. Even if our own conduct does not currently embody all of the virtues of the object of our endorsement, our decision to embrace that higher standard will ultimately draw us upward into increasing conformity to it.

Conversely, when we give our endorsement to something of lower morals, or which lacks virtue, we diminish ourselves. Our names and our reputations partake of the dishonor inherent in…
