The United Nations and their Human Rights

The first official use of the term, United Nations was on January 1, 1942, 26 nations fighting the Axis Powers signed a “Declaration by United Nations.” The first UN planning session was held at Dumbarton Oaks in Washington, DC, on September 21, 1944. On April 25, 1945, delegates met in San Francisco for the United Nations Conference which produced the UN Charter. On October 24, 1945, the UN came into being. Many people thought the United Nations as a larger version of America,” and thus liberty is now world-wide.

The UN is polar opposite of the United States. An appeal to God characterizes all American founding documents. Contrast “We hold these truths to be self -evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness–” with “to reaffirm our faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person, in the equal rights of men and women, and of nations large and small.” Clearly men do not seek God under a one-world government. Not only is the UN Charter an atheistic farce, the UN has a different version of Rights than the USA does. We have God-given unalienable Rights. When you read the UN Charter, you will find no mention of God. If men aren’t recognized as being made in the image of God, then men under secular auspices are treated as if they are no different than animals. Rights granted by government can be legally taken away by government. Communist constitutions reference religious freedom and the free press on the basis that the government grants these as privileges and can lawfully take them away as they see fit.

The UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights Article 29, are humanist privileges, granted from government. Just look at the Article:
Section 1, “Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of his personality is possible.” In other words, you have communal rights, not personal rights.
Section 2, “In exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and general welfare in a democratic society.” In other words, “Human Rights” are socialistic privileges limited by the State’s whims. This is the opposite of the American view that government power is limited by God-given Rights.
Section 3, “These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.” So, your rights are further limited by the UN, which itself has no right to even exist.

The position of the Constitution Party of Wisconsin is upfront, Our Platform states, “These United States, are properly a free and sovereign republic.” “We are, therefore, unalterably opposed to entangling alliances, via treaties, or any other form of commitment; which compromise our national sovereignty,” “To this end, we shall: steadfastly oppose American participation in any form of world government organization,” we, “call upon the President, and Congress, to terminate United States membership in the United Nations, and its subsidiary organizations, bar the United Nations, and its subsidiaries, from further operation, including raising of funds, on United States territory; and propose that the Constitution be obeyed to prohibit the United States government from entering any treaty, or other agreement, which makes any commitment of American military forces or tax money, or accomplishes a purpose properly the subject of domestic law. All treaties must be subordinate to the Constitution, since the Constitution is the only instrument which empowers and limits the federal government.”
