From Wisconsin Carry, Inc. – Milwaukee Police Chief Travels to DC to Proliferate Gun Myths

Ed Flynn

For Immediate Release:

Milwaukee Police Chief Ed Flynn has traveled to Washington DC today to testify in favor of a misleadingly named “Assault Weapons Ban”.

http://www.wisn.com/news/south-east-wisconsin/milwaukee/Milwaukee-s-police-chief-to-testify-on-Capitol-Hill-about-assault-weapon-ban/-/10148890/19097226/-/7s5v6v/-/index.html

So called “Assault Weapons” are functionally no different than the hunting rifles that most deer hunters in Wisconsin use every November when they hit the woods for the annual hunt.

With that said, as documented by the video link below, the most common hunting gun in the world, the “12 Gauge Shotgun” is a far deadlier weapon in a mass-shooting situation than an assault rifle.

The video between the 2:40 to 8 minute mark demonstrates this fact:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w0o7YgiTFm4

If opportunistic politicians and appointed law-enforcement officials are successful in leveraging tragedy to get these so called “assault weapons” banned, lunatics and mass murderers like we saw in Newtown, CT would simply resort to utilizing the most common hunting gun in the world, a 12 Gauge Shotgun, with a common hunting load of ammunition to create even more carnage in an even shorter period of time.

Understanding that surely Police Chief Ed Flynn must be aware that a shotgun is more deadly in a mass shooting situation than an assault rifle, it becomes clear that he and politicians who seek to ban so called “assault rifles” are not attempting to solve a problem. These individuals are merely undertaking an incremental step to disarm the american people, something our founding fathers explicitly created the 2nd Amendment to protect against.

In a final note of irony and an affront to the intent of the Second Amendment, police departments, including Milwaukee have replaced shotguns in their vehicles with true Assault weapons. When local law enforcement seeks to lobby legislatures to deny the law-abiding citizens the right to possess the same kind of weapons the police carry among the citizens they are to serve and protect, its a true demonstration that we no longer have a government “of the people” but a government class that is ruling over the people.

“We the people” living among the streets of Milwaukee face the very same threats to ourselves and our families that the police face as they patrol our neighborhoods… In an era where police response times are notably increasing, we often face these same threats *before* the police arrive.

Throughout the upcoming months, Wisconsin Carry will be undertaking an educational campaign to dispel the misinformation that is being proliferated. We encourage members of the media to fulfill journalistic ethical obligations and provide facts to help the segment of the public that is not familiar with guns and ammunition better understand the issue.

Carry On,

Nik Clark Chairman/President – Wisconsin Carry, Inc.

And who will protect us from the military and the police?

Christopher_Dorner

Christopher Dorner

Before I go any further, I want to make it clear that I am not disparaging anybody who is in the military or in law enforcement. I AM stating emphatically that evil people exist in all areas of our society, including the military and law enforcement.

What is my point?  By far, the most common argument I hear from those who blame guns for the ills of society is this:

“Individuals do not need guns.  Only the military and police should have guns.”

To that I ask:  If only the military and the police have guns, who will protect us from the military and the police?

The anti-constitution crowd always sneers at this response, as if the very notion of bad behavior amongst certain individuals in the military and law enforcement is completely impossible.

This brings us to Christopher Dorner.  He was the disgruntled, former Los Angeles Police Department officer and former Navy lieutenant who killed several other police officers and civilians.  Did you catch that?  He was BOTH a member of the military AND the police.  This man was able to hunt down and kill other trained police officers, some of whom were aware that he was on the loose.

So I ask, if trained police officers cannot defend themselves against a lone gunman, how can they be expected to protect the rest of us?  The answer is; they cannot.  That is one of the reasons we have the 2nd Amendment:

“A well-regulated militia [this means an armed citizenry], being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.”

Evil exists on this planet.  Evil people have been behaving badly since the beginning of time.  It is time that we grow up and acknowledge the obvious.  YOU are primarily responsible for the defense of you and your family.  Those in uniform are there to support you by catching and punishing the evil doer.  Freedom is not free.  It is an awesome responsibility.  If you abdicate that responsibility to others, you will soon find that you are no longer free.

Stop Worshiping the Elephant-god!

But now our God is in the heavens: he hath done whatsoever He pleased.

Their idols are silver and gold, the works of men’s hands.

They have mouths, but they speak not: eyes have they, but they see not:

They have ears, but they hear not: noses have they, but they smell not:

They have hands, but they handle not: feet have they, but they walk not,

neither speak they with their throat. They that make them are like unto them;

so is everyone that trusteth in them.” Psalms 115: 3-8

Do you worship the Elephant-god?

I have never been to India, but the reports I hear are that the poverty is crushing. The people of India are sincere, but they are mostly sincere Hindus, where young girls are burned on funeral pyres, the people are starving, but not allowed to eat meat and the cows stroll through town fat and happy. Who said faith doesn’t shape a society?

One of the 300,000 Hindu gods is the Elephant-god Ganesh. After the Hindu is beset with his meatless diet, then Ganesh comes along demanding the offering of fruit and vegetables to be left to rot in front of it’s images. This is only a blessing to pests which feed off the rotting food.

Most Americans would find this appalling, yet there is an Elephant-god that is worshiped in America today, it is called the Republican Party. It has living icons, who speak the Elephant’s commandments.

Elephantism’s First Commandment:  “The essence of faith is the lesser of two evils.”

Elephantism’s Second Commandment: “Christians can’t win.”

Elephantism’s Third Commandment: “Look at the giant donkey!”

Such false faith has led to the moral bankruptcy which plagues America and has also lead to the faithless behavior of many Christians today. And while some wag may accuse me of “eagle worship,” I support the “eagle” only as long as it continues to apply God’s Word and Biblical Principles to our political situations. If the Constitution Party of Wisconsin (CPoW) ceases to be righteous, this State Chairman would then prefer that it would cease to be, rather than to have it continue on as a stumbling block. Can anyone honestly say that the Democrat or Republican parties stand up for God’s Law, or the Moral Order?

For too long, the Religious Right has been taken in by Elephantism. The Moral Majority was started in 1976. Do you know what Party the Religious Right first endorsed? It was the Democrats, namely the “Baptist” Jimmy Carter. Having been burned by their misplaced support in ecumenical Donkey worship, they switched to ecumenical Elephant worship, supporting Ronald Reagan, and every other Republican nominee ever since. The “political poverty” in America is crushing these days, and the Christian’s political “first fruits” are sent to “Ganesh” and left there to rot, or worse; to be used by men who hate the Church. Regarding the title scripture, most Christians placed their faith in million dollar war-chests, rather than in Biblical Principles. I know that first hand, by what proceeded from their mouths this election season.

CPoW is a Bible-based Political Party. We are coming from a Biblical world-view and our Party was formed with Christians in mind. It ought not be a hard thing for Christians to support their brethren’s efforts in the political arena. It is only hard when people have decades of Elephantism under their belts. Regarding the title Scripture, for Christians to vote for a Socialist, with a veneer of Islam, or for Christians to vote for a cultist, means that Christians have taken leave of their senses. You can’t redo November 2012, but you can repent and do better in 2014.
